Loupe strongly encourages that all items are shipped (including Base/Non-Parallel Cards), which can alleviate many potential customer issues. We do understand that some products do make this difficult however.
If you do not intend to ship base, this should be explicitly noted within your stream, as well as stated before the break. Customers should, at the very least, have the option to request that they receive all items.
Whether specified by the customer or not however, Loupe requires that, as we charge our customers for shipping at purchase, all customers receive SOMETHING from the shop. The shipment should be treated as normal, with tracking included and entered into Loupe.
What is shipped is at the Loupe Live Partner's discretion. The most common (and preferred) item here is potentially a sealed pack of cards relative to the sport purchased, however some shops will send supplies (penny sleeves), or shop-branded items.
