Based on the expectations Loupe sets with our customers, we have specific expectations around the timeframe of packaging and shipping of purchases. This timeframe is as follows:
Tracking Information - This should be entered into Loupe's system within 3 business days of the break occurring
Shipment - This should occur no later than 3 business days after the break or individual sale has occurred.
Any delays or extraneous circumstances should be communicated to your customers. If this is not possible, you should send a note to Russell, so that Loupe's Support is prepared to handle and reassure customers as necessary.
