We're always excited when our customers hit a huge card, and want to do everything in our power to ensure that customers receive that card as-pulled and as promptly as possible!
If a shipment has a comp value of $500 or more, OR the purchase value is $500 or more, Loupe requires that the shipment be shipped with a signature confirmation on delivery. Loupe will not be responsible for restitution for customers in the event a package does not have a signature confirmation - that liability will be deferred to the shop, and the shop will be responsible for any financial restitution the customer may require.
