Loupe allows seller created buyback products that fall within the below guidelines. All guidelines
must be followed for a buyback product to be deemed acceptable for sale on Loupe. Any
violation of any of the below guidelines may result in disciplinary action up to removal from the
platform. Please note this policy does not apply to market value repack events.
1. All seller created buyback products must have a set production run. Additional
packs/boxes may not be added to the production run once the item has been listed for
sale. Packs/boxes must be numbered and sealed prior to listing for sale.
2. Item listing must be fully transparent with sport category (baseball, basketball, football,
multisport, etc), floor price, ceiling price, average price, and number of packs/boxes. For example, item runs should include a publicly disclosed floor value, ceiling value, average value, and total pack run.
3. All item values must be able to be supported with past sales data. Values of pop 1, 1/1’s
or other cards without direct comps must be able to be supported by similar card sales
data. Any floor or ceiling value deemed inaccurate by Loupe will result in a refund to the
buyer which will be removed from your payout and may result in further disciplinary
action.
4. Seller must disclose the “ceiling value” item. This can be done either by disclosing the
exact details of the card or by inserting a redemption for the card within the packs and
having the card on display.
