In addition to keeping your streaming device on Airplane Mode and Do Not Disturb while you’re streaming, we recommend hardwiring to your router instead of relying on WiFi. Wireless internet can be spotty and inconsistent at times - hardwiring directly to your router creates a more stable connection.
The most frequently used ethernet adapter amongst our current sellers is the Belkin INC001BK-BL USB-C to Ethernet + Charge Adapter and can be purchased directly from Belkin or Amazon. If you choose to select a different adapter, ensure it also has a charging port (and the correct connector for your streaming device).
