If a customer is being disruptive, it is up to the shop to handle them according to how they wish to foster their shop's chat environment. For moderation tools, please review THIS ARTICLE.
Alongside this however, shops should ensure that customers are in-line with Loupe's Terms of Service. We encourage shops to warn customers that engage in harassment or other disruptive behavior that does not foster a welcoming, fun, and enjoyable environment for all Loupe users.
All shops have the capability to ban users from their respective stream simply by tapping on their name within chat by simply by tapping the ellipses (...) next to the desired user's chat and opening the Mod Menu.
If a user is banned, any purchases by that user that have not yet ripped should immediately be submitted for a refund.
