It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure inventory is kept up to date, and to contact Loupe for assistance in the event an issue arises. Loupe monitors fulfillment issues, and in the event a pattern of these issues emerges during a rolling 6 month period, will take the following steps:
Second Instance - The seller will receive a warning
Third Instance - The seller will receive a final warning
Fourth Instance - The seller will lose access to selling on Loupe Market, and all existing listings will be removed
