If a refund is warranted, Loupe's Support Staff will reach out to you directly with reasoning as to why this is the case.
In the event that a customer requests a refund, Loupe will look at the reasoning for the refund, including situations such as:
- The item was received damaged
- The item was not as described in the listing
- The wrong item was received
If a situation like this occurs, Loupe will investigate, and if a refund does appear to be warranted, will then contact you with information on how to submit the refund.
If the issue pertains to the item received by the buyer, Loupe will work to ensure that the item is returned to you. If an issue occurs during shipment (and the buyer did not receive the item), the item may not be returned to you, however we will assist you in filing a Missing Mail claim with USPS so that you can claim the loss via insurance (we encourage all sellers to purchase appropriate insurance for their shipments based on the item's value).
