To prepare your Shippo account to accept purchases, first ensure that you have created an account, and linked your Shippo account to Loupe.
PLEASE NOTE: Ensure that when logging into Shippo via goshippo.com, you select "Shipping App" and not "API Portal" as shown here:
Once this is done, the first time you log into Shippo (provided you do so prior to sales) you will see this screen:
Make sure that you do not click on any of the items in the center. Instead, you will want to click the gear icon in the top right.
PLEASE NOTE: The shipping label format must be selected prior to sending orders to Shippo
Next, Select "Packages", and then click "New Template"
Ensure you have at least your default package template set prior to sending orders to Shippo for the first time. Your default package template should be the package weight and dimensions that you use most often. You may create additional package templates to easily select when a package is outside of your most frequent dimensions.
When creating a new template, use your best estimate of the most common package size available, and fill out the appropriate information. Once you've done this, you can select whether to make this your default template (recommended), and then click Save Template to save it into your Shippo account.

At this point, you should be ready to process your sales! Shippo is an intuitive shipping solution, however if you do run into issues while using it, ensure that you review their Knowledge Base for assistance, as it can answer most questions alongside guide you through utilizing Shippo.
