With Shippo integration, your orders’ tracking will automatically upload to the app once shipped. Tracking numbers can be found in your Shippo Orders on goshippo.com or in the app, by selecting Sold Items under Account Settings, and clicking the truck icon next to the order.
If, for any reason, tracking needs to be manually uploaded to your orders, click Sold Items under Account Settings, then the + next to the item you need to add tracking to.
Scan the shipping label barcode, and the tracking number will auto-generate.
Once a tracking number is saved to the order, an orange truck icon will appear. Click the orange truck to show the tracking number.
Additionally, a tracking number may be added using the USPS URL in the last column of your post-stream recap report.
