Streams can be scheduled up to one week into the future! To do this, tap "Setup a Stream" within the Loupe app. Once in your stream, on the top, tap "Save for Later".
This will allow you to add a stream title, as well as set a date and time for the stream to take place. You can import or add inventory to your scheduled stream to make them available for pre-sale. For more information regarding this process, please visit Inventory Management.
If you wish to schedule a stream further out than 1 week, this may be possible dependent on the size of the event you're planning. To inquire about this, reach out to your Partner Success Manager, who will be able to evaluate the situation for you.
Scheduled streams have a 30-minute grace period and will drop off of the watch feed if 30 minutes pass without the stream going live, or being rescheduled. Once a stream is scheduled, if you are unable to go live within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, you can reschedule your stream by clicking the scheduled stream and selecting "Save for Later" with the desired time.
If your scheduled stream is no longer visible on the watch feed because the 30 minute window has elapsed, you can recover the stream by using the Online Shop Portal interface and rescheduling the stream.
